No, we don’t buy any house. We specialise in freehold residential properties and do not currently purchase leasehold homes or flats, or any commercial properties. Our current focus is on 2-3 bedroom, 1 bathroom family-style homes, such as terraced or semi-detached houses, in the North-West of England.
Most importantly, we’re looking for properties in need of work, from superficial cosmetic work to more significant renovation—homes that require new kitchens, bathrooms, or even a complete rip-out to bring them up to modern-day standards. We’re particularly interested in houses that are currently uninhabitable or un-mortgageable due to major issues, such as dampness or lack of functional services.
If your home is already in good condition and "move-in ready", it’s very unlikely to meet our criteria. However, if you think your property fits the description above, or you're not sure, then we’d love to discuss further.
